We would venture to say the impact our breath has on our emotions may be some of the most profound benefits we can tap into from this practice.
I mean, if you think about it.. at the end of the day, we’re nearly always striving to find a way to feel better. With breathwork, we can access a tangible, visceral state change when we need it most. Without needing anything that exists outside of us!
On the emotional front, a breathwork practice can help you:
