21 Days of Breathwork. LFG yโall!
We went up, we went down, we went all around. We took this practice to the streets, we tested our one minute breath, we dove in alongside our community.
However you chose to show up, we want to say, thank you!
Thank you for engaging in this practice for yourself. And in turn, for those around you. For these actions ripple outwardsโฆ you never know whoโs moved, inspired, and influenced by your choices. At the end of the day, change in the world begins with change within.
The reality of our world continues to show us how important it is for us to learn how to train our nervous system. This is the real work. And weโre doing it together.
This is how we seek comfort in the depths of that which is a little uncomfortable.

How strong are those lungs?
Now that weโre on the other side of the challenge - want to see if your lung capacity has improved? Well, you can test your lungs out with the BOLT Score Test.
The Body Oxygen Level Test (BOLT) measures how effectively and efficiently you breathe.
The goal? A high BOLT Score. The Oxygen Advantage states an ideal BOLT score for a healthy individual is 40 seconds or higher.
Why? The higher your score, the higher your tolerance to CO2 is. This means youโll feel better, have more energy, and youโll reduce breathlessness during physical exercise.
Give it a try - you may just surprise yourself.
