🧊 January Cold Plunge Challenge
We’re kicking off the year at the edge of our comfort + aliveness.
For the month of January, we’ll harness the power of the cold to master our emotional resilience: 31 days of 31 guided ice bath breathwork sessions.
If you’ve ever cold plunged before, you know the feeling…
When your body first hits the cold, you experience an intense physical reaction. It’s in this moment you’re presented with a choice ~
Will you let your instinctual response take over and immediately jump out?
Or…
Will you choose to tap into the power of your intention + willpower to persevere?
Cold exposure paired with breathwork is the perfect emotional training ground to grow more equipped to navigate life stressors thrown at us. The more we learn how to control our response within the discomfort of the cold, the more control we gain over our nervous system state in the presence of stress + challenging emotions.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED:
Step 1: Sign up for the January Cold Challenge! You’ll receive important challenge details + an invite to join an internal Whatsapp accountability group. We recommend carving out some time to think about your intention behind joining the challenge 💭
Step 2: Share with your community! Invite all your people to join us. We’re 10 days out from kick off 🥶
Step 3: Share your cold plunge experience! We’ll be featuring all the epic content on our page. And, the BEST content will be eligible to win one of our epic giveaways, like winning your very own cold plunge (!!)
