❤️🔥 Breath + Bowls: A Dance in Polarity
Been brewing this deep dive of an experience for a minute now ~
We’ve got an evening of immersive breath + sound, as we explore and move through energetic polarities - what it means to cultivate the two within - then we’ll drop into the somatics of these archetypal energies.
Honored to co-host this alongside dear friend William Berk - a supremely talented sound facilitator, who’s steeped in the study & embodiment of these energies and practices. He just so happens to also be an ER doctor.

What (to expect): Vocal toning & grounding movement, up-regulated breathwork, a guided meditation & yoga nidra, and a blissful live sound journey.

🌅 Sunset Flow Motion: Movement & Breathwork
In collaboration with my Brooklyn community 57 and our sister community, Lightning Society, we’re bringing you a Sunset Rooftop Movement & Breathwork experience.
This event is co-created with close friend Ryan Daniel Beck, a former professional dancer who founded bodyART: a physical therapy inspired practice to prevent injury and sustain longevity. Aka - movements that empower you to move your body optimally throughout your life. Think: yoga, PT, and choreographed dance, all merged into one.
What: Othership breathwork, bodyART movement, and a live DJ set to round it out in the sunset. Plus: our friends at Thistle have donated juices & meals for us.
Where: Lightning Society | 245 Varet St. Brooklyn
When: Sunday, August 20th | 4:00pm — 8:00pm. We’ll kick off at 5pm.

Once again, the Ship is landing BRC to share a journey worth trippin on.
Othership’s co-founders and legendary lead facilitators, Harry + Amanda, are heading back to the playa and offering an extra special breathwork journey.
